Return and Refund Policy.
Your satisfaction is of our utmost concern, please see below for details on returns or refunds.
- You have 15 days from the date you received your item to contact us regarding a return for any new, stock item saddle or accessory.
- All returns must in the same condition that you purchased it.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returned custom ordered saddles will be charged with a 25% restocking fee (from original price of saddle, including shipping)
- You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Insurance is required on all saddles.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Custom Ordered or Consignment Saddles.
Please note: Due to the nature of custom ordered or consignment saddles there are limited returns or refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom or consignment saddle, please contact us.
